How to apply:
Your base application can be a gel polish color or hard gel color. All colors are ok to use, depending on the look you wish to create. If you want the WOW, try using bold colors!
Apply a thin coat of Polished Gel Top and cure for 30 seconds. This top coat cures tack-free and it is recommended for this application. Dip your eyeshadow sponge applicator into the powder and then gently rub into the nail. Remember, less is more!!! Finish with Polished Top Gel and cure for 60 seconds.
