Description
Prep nail.
Apply Black Gel Color or similar and cure.
Apply Super Galaxy Cat Eye Gel *DO NOT CURE*.
Option #1: Use a magnet to push the cat eye gel all around for a desired affect and cure for 60 seconds.
Option #2: Use 2 magnets for the cat eye affect simultaneously one from the bottom the other from top.
Apply top coat and cure for 60 seconds.
