How to apply:
Prep your nail.
Apply your favorite gel color and cure.
Apply a thin coat of Blooming DO NOT CURE!!
Use a liner brush or a dotting tool to pick up other colors and draw any pattern.
Wait for a little to get the blooming effect. Cure for 60 seconds.
Apply Radiance top coat and cure for 60 seconds.
